The front desk was ridiculously kind and helpful. He showed me my locker, went out of his way to open my lock from its package, gave me a tour of the facility… the little things like this go a long way. I will say however that the locker itself was somewhat dirty in the corners, as there appeared to be what looked like droppings. In any case, you are promised storage space and what I got was storage space—no complaints there.

My belongings were safe, my unit was located on the top floor. No rain damage or mildew. The building itself was very clean. Not a bad six month stay, rates were also affordable.

Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Miguel’s patience and understanding made the process so much easier for me.
